Conservative, anatomy-driven aesthetic treatment in Zürich.
I work with lasers and energy-based devices. My approach is conservative and anatomy-driven: a careful assessment first, then the smallest effective intervention. Where a treatment is not warranted, I say so.
Assessment before treatment
I assess before I treat, and the assessment usually takes longer. How the tissue sits, how it has changed, what is causing the thing someone came in about. That decides whether to treat at all, and if so, with what and at which settings.
Working the other way round, choosing a device first and then finding a use for it, is how you end up with faces that look treated. I would rather do less. Some consultations end with me suggesting we wait, or do nothing.
Practice in Zürich
I see clients at Meda Esthetic, the studio I founded in Zürich.
Most of a first appointment is talking. People often name one thing and mean another, and it is worth finding that out before anything else happens.
My weeks split between Zürich and Belgrade, and between treating clients and teaching practitioners. Teaching keeps me honest: you cannot explain a setting to a room of professionals without being able to defend it.
Training practitioners
I train practitioners on laser and energy-based platforms internationally. I am a Key Opinion Leader for Candela and Préime, and the only Candela Key Opinion Leader in Switzerland. Groups are small and the sessions are hands-on, on the same devices I use with clients.
Most people who come to a course already own the machine. What they want is the reasoning behind the settings: why a parameter moves, and what to do when a treatment does not go the way it should.
I lecture at aesthetic congresses, including AMWC in Monaco, IMCAS in Paris and AMICO in Croatia.
Qualifications
I have worked in aesthetics for over twelve years. I graduated from the University of Belgrade in 2014 and earned an MSc in Longevity there in 2026. In Switzerland, I hold the O-NIRSA certificates of competence (V-NISSG Sachkundenachweise) for cosmetic laser, IPL and energy-based treatments.
I speak English, Serbian and German (conversational).
